FilterBy.png List Filters are a component of CyberAudit-Web that enable reducing the list of items in a listing page to those that match a set of rules. Filters vary from page to page but operate with the same set of rules. Filters are available on pages which have the filterIcon.png filter icon.
  • When entering into a text field, the filter simply matches substrings. he would match she and there.

  • All text field matching ignores differences between upper case and lower case.

  • Spaces between characters in a text field are used to separate substrings. au gr would match Autumn Green and Paul Grant.

  • Dropdown lists are used to filter on one item in a category. Radio buttons are used for Yes/No choices.

  • When a filter is active in a page, it is indicated with an filterApplied.png icon. Click that icon to clear the filter.
