Check the audit report for events, and error messages. The key will beep if denied access. Check the CyberKey Expiration and CyberLock access.

If you are having an issue with a CyberLock or CyberKey. Check the CyberKey battery has sufficient voltage. Generally, over 3 volts for replaceable battery-powered keys.

Clean the CyberKey or Cyberlock with the wire brush. The CyberKey tip contact points should be shiny.
Is there physical damage on the CyberLock or CyberKey?
Check if it is Tamper Delay; hold the key for up to 20 seconds for a response.
