Audit Reports can be viewed for People in CyberAudit-Web. In an Audit Report, events recorded for this person are displayed.

With the Location Map application, these Audit Reports can be loaded into a virtual walkthrough of a person's events for a given date range.

Below is a guide of how to perform an event audit.

1 Configure the date range you want to use in the 'Audit Configurations' page of the Settings Tool. By default, the date range will cover about the last 30 days.

2 Select the 'Audit Recent Events' action from a person on the Access Table.

3 If there are applicable events for the date range given, events will be loaded in the timeline.

These events can be traversed with the left and right arrow keys, with the clickable arrow buttons, and by clicking a particular event.

Each event if prefixed with the relative index of the event (eg - (30) means that the event is the 30th event loaded in the sequence)). If a serial is available for the event, it is included in the event information, along with the event name.

4 Details will be displayed in an additional panel. This data corresponds with the People Audit Report.

When an event has an associated Communicator, a 'Locate' icon is available. This will search for the Communicator and focus on it in the Map and Items Table.

5 As the event timeline is traversed, the map will dynamically focus on the item related to the event.

For lock and door events, the respective locks and doors will be focused. CyberKey and other misc events will cause the associated communicator to be focused.

Path markers: Markers are displayed on the map corresponding to the person's path as each event in the sequence is traversed.

Path markers are only placed as the event sequence is traversed forward. If you select a previous event (eg if you are at the 50th event and you select the 40th), the application will reset the path to have the 40th event be the first in the path.

6 The Audit Trail Tool can be closed by clicking the 'Close' icon on the right of the header component. This will clear the map of all path/path markers.
