Keep Unlocked Calendar Entries

Keep Unlocked Calendar Entries enable an administrator to schedule dates and times in the future where a door will be held unlocked. CyberAudit-Web adds the time frame of the calendar entry to the door's keep unlocked schedule in the week of the calendar entry. This feature is useful to managers of facilities that schedule events on a calendar basis and want the door to be held unlocked for those events. This feature is available through the Advanced Door Features Software Enhancement Module. This page is available from the Unlocked Calendar tab in Door Properties.

Click the to add a new calendar date and time range. Or click Properties from the record click menu to edit an existing time range.

A calendar tool is available to select date. Enter or modify the start and stop times for the time range for the selected day. For doors connected to the original Flex 1, each door record can support up to seven time ranges for a given week, including the total time frames designated for Keep Unlocked set in door properties.
