Using a display with a Vault 20S

Connecting a display to a Vault 20S provides a significantly better experience for the Vault 20S user. It can provide feedback and instructions for such things as:

• Prompting for a PIN or to enter a new PIN
• Progress of key programming or instructions to return a key
• Responses to special keypad input
• Information about user input and errors

The Vault 20S internal computer has two HDMI ports for connecting one or two displays. An HDMI to VGA or HDMI to DVI adapter may be used if desired. The Vault 20S display contents require a minimum pixel resolution of 1024 X 768 to fit on the screen.
