The ValidiKey 2 can hold and program up to two CyberKeys. It is available in two forms:

As a vault with a door that locks to secure the CyberKeys until an approved RFID card is scanned or a mission number is entered on its display keypad. After verifying the mission from its internal cache, the ValidiKey programs a CyberKey with that user's permissions, opens the door, and prompts the user to remove the key.
As a station without a door. In this form, the ValidiKey 2 can program and charge issued Cyberkeys.

The ValidiKey 2 reads the ID of most unencrypted 13.56 MHz RFID Access Cards.
