Communicator Issue Numbers

Apps such as CyberLink, CyberAudit Link, and others use an issue number to register with the CyberAudit Web server and capture a token. The token is used from that point forward to authenticate with the server.

• After entering their serial number ID, the issue number for hardware devices like ValidiKey, Flex System Controllers, and Web Authorizers, is automatically part of the configuration carried to the device by USB drive.
• Flex System Controllers may also get their issue number using the Flex Assistant app.
• For Portable Links, the mobile and PC apps will prompt the user for an 8-digit issue number if the ID of the communicator is not found in the system. This prompt may be bypassed by sending an issue number link to the user by email or text.
