3 An issue number will be generated. Enter a name and select the person to whom this device will be issued. If a person is selected and they have an email or mobile phone number you may send them an issue link which will make it much easier for them to enroll a mobile device with the system.

4 Select type of link you want to add. For example choose "Windows (CyberLink)" when an IR Encoder or USB Station will be connected to a Windows computer. For a device running the CyberAudit-Link program, select Android/iOS.

7 After the issue number is entered, CyberAudit-Web will replace the issue number with the identifier of the CyberLink program running on the PC. Then the device will connect and indicate it is ready for a key.

Note: This issue number process may be automated by using an issue number link.

8 Download and install the Android app CyberAudit Link from the Google Play Store or the iOS app from the App Store. Screen shots are shown for the Android app but functionality for the iOS app is similar.

9 Launch CyberAudit Link and go to Settings. Enter the URL of the CyberAudit-Web server and the account name if it is not the default account. Click Test Connection.

Note: Steps 9 and 10 can be automated for the user by sending them an issue number link.
10 If CyberAudit Link connects to the account, an issue number prompt will appear. Enter the number generated in Step 3 above. Click OK.

After the issue number is submitted, CyberAudit-Web will replace the issue number with the CyberAudit-Link ID on the device. A success message indicates it is ready to use.
