Allow this Grand Master to Program New Locks with One Touch

A Grand Master has all the functionality of a CyberLock Programmer because it can program and download locks. In addition it can automatically program any unprogrammed CyberLock with one touch. This is in contrast to CyberLock Programmers which require contacting the lock, downloading to the software, then re-contacting the CyberLock.

Note: This feature is disabled when a Grand Master has a programming job to download locks.
