Mission Duration

Missions are typically set up with duration rules. These rules control how long the key will operate before it expires. Regular duration intervals reduce the security risk of lost keys and collect regular audit trails from the key.

In addition, missions may be given an end of life date after which they will no longer configure a key.

Finally, an automatic email may be set up to notify both the key holder and one or more other email accounts some time prior to the key expiring.
