A lock in the system may be replaced with another lock. The new lock will
get all the same settings and key access permissions as the previous lock.
It will also be associated with the audit trail data of the previous lock,
so that an audit report for that lock may contain data from both the old and
the new lock.
If replacing a lock with a lock not previously in the system, the new lock
must be programmed
to get the access codes and other settings of the previous lock.
A lock already in the database may be used to replace another lock. If its settings
are different, the new lock must also be updated after executing the replacement.
