Distributing People Visibility

After people have been added to the system, they are all are visible at the head of the subsystem. If they were added by an administrator at a node below the head node, they are visible in both nodes (and any in between). To make them visible to administrators at other nodes, they must be copied or moved to those nodes. People can be visible in more than one subsystem, or moved from one to another. Follow these steps to distribute visibility.

1	Select the node in which the people are visible.

2	Select the "People" menu.

3	It may be helpful to apply a filter by clicking to display only the people you seek. Check the boxes next to the people being moved. If all people are to be selected, clicking the checkbox in the title bar will select all.
