CyberAudit-Web can automate the process of changing lock access codes for some or all CyberLocks in a system. Access codes may be configured to change (roll) on a periodic basis. Access code rolling frequency of change may be from 1 to 550 days (roughly 1.5 years). Using a "grace period", the previous access codes may remain valid for 0 to 550 days (roughly 1.5 years) after the lock is programmed. This can help allow user keys to make the transition to the new access code before they are denied access using the previous access code.

When implemented, all possible CyberKeys in a system are configured to update the affected CyberLocks on contact. The next "roll" will not occur until the designated time has elapsed and all locks using that access code have been programmed.
