Two-Factor Authentication in CyberAudit-Web

twoFactorTOTPDiagram.png

Two-factor authentication adds extra security to the server by requiring administrators to enter a 6 digit Time-based One-time Password (TOTP) in addition to their login and password.

To generate the One-Time codes, an authenticator application for a smartphone, tablet, or computer is required. There are a number of authenticator applications available online.

Each administrator is permitted a single device to run an authenticator application. The device may be replaced with another if needed.

The Two-Factor Authentication feature requires the CyberAudit-Web Advanced Security Features Module (CAW-M03) SEM.
